Only 3 pairs of these earrings were made in our Bold Joy Collection. The combination of elements, gemstones and crystals in the making of this piece is related to the root chakra (1st), the sexual chakra  (2nd), the heart chakra  (4th) , third eye chakra (6th) and the crown chakra (7th).

Ruby is the stone of nobility. It develops the ability to negotiate, brings luck in love and games of chance, it is a magnificent aphrodisiac. Provide good dreams, contact spirit guides, and allow access to past lives. It has the ability to transmute darkness into light.

In our creation and sourcing process we consider the whole production line and everyone involved from start to finish. We have a zero plastic packaging policy and all of our packaging materials are made in The USA.

Our Kraft Paper Cotton Filled Boxes are 100% sustainable. It is much more sustainable to manufacture kraft paper compared to regular paper. Kraft is produced from all-natural ingredients such as pulp from all types of wood, while conventional paper uses specific woods. Bleaching is also not involved. Our jewelry pouches with natural drawstring are made of 100% cotton in The USA. 

The decoration elements of our packaging are made up with dried flowers and natural jute fiber, this jute twine is biodegradable, safety and Eco-friendly. Our earring cards components are certified 100% post consumer waste (PCW) made in The USA. Each and every sheet of our seed paper earring card is crafted by hand using recycled fibers and other natural inclusions, like flowers, plants, and 12 varieties of perennial wildflower seeds. 

The tape we use in our packaging is made from 100% recycled content and is water-activated, meaning that the surface isn’t coated in wax to prevent sticking—another environmental benefit. We print our eco-friendly packing tape and boxes with soy inks, an eco-friendly alternative to petroleum based inks. 

Our custom stamps are eco-friendly and reusable for over 10,000 impressions. Soy-based inks are made from soybeans, which is a renewable resource, and printing with these inks produces more vibrant colors, and does not leave behind petroleum based products while decomposing. Soy inks also have low levels of VOCs, which reduces air pollution during the printing process. 



We reject the increase in consumption associated with the low-cost production "Fast Fashion" that has created problems of conservation of natural resources and is highly linked to labor exploitation, extremely low wages and deplorable conditions that mainly affect women. We believe in proximity fashion, the production of our designs is done on demand creating a maximum of 10 pieces per style. In this way, we are able to offer exclusive designs, quality of pieces and fair wages that eliminate any gender pay gap.

How do I return my Intuition jewelery?
A valid proof of purchase must be presented within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Multi-branded retailers and stockists will adhere to their own refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I exchange my Intuition Jewelry?
Intuition are happy to exchange any items purchased. A valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price. Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Multi-branded retailers and stockists will adhere to their own exchange policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

I don’t have a receipt. Can I still receive a refund, or exchange my Intuition jewellery?
A receipt valid within 30 days of purchase must be presented to receive a full refund. We cannot offer a refund or exchange without a valid receipt.

Does my Intuition jewellery have a warranty / guarantee?
Intuition will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 1 year from the original date of purchase for soutache jewelery. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty. If a receipt is not available a credit card or bank statement will suffice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that parts of wood, leather, glass, gemstones, cotton and string items have a warranty of up to 6 months from date of purchase.

Wearing counterfeit charms, or charms by other brands on your Intuition bracelet could damage the unique threading system and will void the warranty.

The warranty offered on Intuition products does not affect your legal rights and is provided in addition to those rights.

What do I do if my Intuition jewellery is lost or stolen?
The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. We recommend the use of safety chains on bracelets and insurance cover is advisable on all valuable jewellery. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

My Intuition jewellery is damaged. What should I do?
We politely request that faulty or damaged items are returned to our Repairs and Services Department for assessment. We would advise that you return to the store where the item was originally purchased from. However if this is inconvenient for you, we would advise you to return to any Intuition stockist for assistance. Your store will be able to keep you up to date with the progress of your repair/replacement and the item will be returned to the store when the assessment/repair is complete.

Can my Intuition jewellery be repaired?
This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment.

We offer a repairs service including replacing clasps, fixing clasps, soldering work, re-threading of charms, removing stuck beads and tightening clips and clasps.

If your jewellery is outside of the warranty or where there is no proof of purchase, these services will be at a small cost. Charges must be paid to an Intuition retailer.

In some circumstances it may not be possible to repair the damage caused.
